- To be paid by Seller: 5 % of the total consideration amount if the Title documents are in the name of the Owner but original document/s needs to be procured from concerned authorities.
- To be paid by Seller: 10 % of the total consideration amount if the property has been inherited by way of Registered Will / Registered Gift Deed but there are no original documents with the beneficiary.
